Customers choose from 15 modules covering all important HR topics such as applicant management, multiposting, branding, personnel planning, talent pool, digital personnel file, preparatory payroll accounting, absences, time recording, onboarding & exit, employee appraisals & target agreements, feedback, pulse checks & surveys, risk assessment and training. The implementation is carried out with professional and technical advice in order to ideally map all HR processes and requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Modernization Effort: Review, refactor, and modernize legacy codebases to align with current best practices, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
  • Technical Strategy Development: Work with senior leadership to define and execute the technical vision and roadmap, preparing for future scalability.
    Code Quality and Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, implement automated testing, and improve development workflows.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide other developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, UX/UI, and other departments to align technical implementations with business objectives.
  • Ownership Mindset: Approach projects and challenges as if they are your own, with a focus on long-term success and company growth.
  • Potential for Growth: Demonstrate leadership qualities that could lead to stepping into a CTO position.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in software development, with proven experience in modernizing legacy systems and leading technical projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, DevOps practices, and software design patterns.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in managing or mentoring development teams, and a demonstrated ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative and approaches their work with a business-owner’s perspective.
  • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
